Only that its funny how tanks so often have very similar UIs.
Do you have a higher resolution link?
Here's mine, but in my heal spec, because it happens to be the one I uploaded to imageshack a few nights back:
Only thing that changes in tank spec is a stagger meter pops in above the minimap and just on top of where I have bigwigs tell me tank-alerts.
I'll edit with an actual tank shot if I remember to hit screenshot next time I'm something.
It looks like we have similar goals. Will edit this as I go over yours for ideas.
Oh and, Big Up for another veteran. I only did the basic 4 years and Air Force though.

it does seem all tanks set up their uis at least to some degree similar i hate having stuff in my way and not being able to see it. GTFO has prbly saved me a half dozen times at least
